This is your simple, step-by-step outline for what's expected when you're out in the market servicing a vending machine. Follow each step in order so your time, your work, and your pay stay clear and transparent.
Important: Clock in before you leave your house — your driving time counts toward your pay. Clock out only after the key is returned to the lockbox and your run is saved.
What's expected on every run
Open the app and tap Clock in & start run the moment you leave your house. Enter your name and the location you're heading to. Your travel start time is your clock-in — driving time is paid time.
When you get to the machine, tap Set to now to log your arrival. Take a picture of the vending machine so we can see how full it was when you got there. Count and enter how many items were left inside the unit.
Check the machine for any error messages or faults. Clear them, then snap a photo of the screen showing no errors. Write a quick note if anything was unusual.
Restock the machine with fresh inventory. Take a photo of the product going in, and enter the number of items you loaded.
Take a final photo of the machine after restocking. Count how many items remain in the unit, then count any boxes or inventory left at the location storage. Snap a photo of that leftover stock too.
Put the vending machine key back in the lockbox. Lockbox code: 3652. Snap a photo of the key inside the lockbox — the timestamp is recorded automatically when you attach the photo.
Use the Notes section for any incidentals, issues, or reports from the run (spills, broken parts, customer interactions, missing stock, etc.). If nothing happened, a short "all good" is fine.
