1. Location & timing
Select your name and the location, then record when you left and arrived.
2. Machine on arrival
Snap a photo showing the machine condition when you arrive. Count how many items are still in the unit.
3. Faults cleared
Check the machine screen for errors. Clear any faults, then photo the screen showing no errors.
4. Inventory loaded
Enter how many items you loaded and take a photo of product going into the machine.
5. After restock
Photo the machine when finished. Count items left in the unit and any boxes stored on-site.
